Life Is a Fight

Sometimes we do fall in love not with a person, but with the idea of a person. The perfect idea of it. Not even from a touch of a hand, not even from a warmth of a hug. It can simply come from a glance at the eyes or just a look on the face.

Pretension is everywhere, right? Pretending that something is not happening, pretending that you don't hear him saying "I love you" just so you can hear it twice, pretending not to see someone passing by just because you don't know how to say hi, pretending that you still don't know that they're preparing a surprise for you just so you can still see those smile on their faces, or whats worse is that pretending that you're not hurt and keeping that smile on your face for the sake of someone you love not knowing that you're hurting.

Life is not as sweet as movies, or at least life is not even near with it. At this stage, I think people in my age have realized many things. Things that we didn’t really expect to know, or notice. Not because we don’t want to discover new things, but it’s probably because this is so ugly as a truth. An ugly truth. At this stage, I’ve come to realize that life is so cruel, yet it mostly doesn’t go the way we wanted to. Not that because we’re not grateful of what we’ve got, but just… too many shits happen that we even have no word to express. Speechless.

This might be crazy, but i don't know why probably i'll get even crazier if i don't write it all down. And i don't even know that probably this stupidity shouldn't be published yet just to be kept by me alone. but i just think that if there are some other people who feel the same as me right now, probably they just don't know how to say it, how to express it, or probably the feeling is just too random that they don't even know what they are actually feeling. I never thought a love can come so easy and in the form that we never thought it would do. Like, it would be better if love come from a really long process or long time so that means you have enough reasons that could justify you to love that person. But when you only meet him in a blink of an eye, in a really short time but then you already fell in love, I don't know if i can say that this is wrong or how. But it just doesn't feel right at all.

Ini Indonesia Pernah ngga terlintas di pikiran kalian seberapa bangganya kalian jadi warga Indonesia? Well, for most people mungkin akan bilang “gue bangga kok jadi orang Indonesia”. Trus kalau gue tanya balik “bangganya kenapa?” mungkin akan ada beberapa yang jawab “bangga, karena Indonesia kaya sama kebudayaan, alam nya juga kaya”. Hmmm... wait. Have you guys ever thought like this?

Two is better than one. Together is better than alone. “Jadi ada sebuah cerita. Suatu hari, di kutub, katakan saja kutub utara, ada sekelompok landak yang kedinginan. Mereka berfikir bagaimana cara mereka menghangatkan badan mereka.dan merekapun memutuskan untuk saling berpelukan, dengan harapan dapat menghangatkan tubuhnya satu sama lain. Ya, mereka memang merasa hangat. Tapi disisi lain, ternyata duri dari tubuh mereka masing-masing, justru melukai satu sama lain. Merekapun lalu memutuskan untuk berpisah dan tidak berpelukan lagi. Apa yang terjadi? Mereka kedinginan dan justru semakin menderita. Tersadarlah mereka bahwa bagaimanapun, mereka memang lebih baik jika terus saling bersama. Memang mereka akan saling menyakiti satu sama lain, tapi memang kenyataannya segala sesuatu yang kita sayangi dan berarti untuk kita, akan menyakiti kita pada beberapa poin. Kesakitan dari gesekan duri mereka ternyata pantas didapatkan karena kehangatan kebersamaan mereka jauh lebih penting. D...

Tau power ranger kan? I guess untuk anak yang lahir atau pernah hidup dimansa 1990an pasti katro banget kalo gak tau sama yang namanya power ranger... So gue gak bakal jelasin tentang apa itu power ranger, atau pahlawan macam apa power ranger itu.
