Being nice with the other people Is not really easy…for example when they ask our help for something that is not our business or something we don’t feel like helping them, it seems like so hard for us to say “no” even we really want to… Here are some polite ways to say “no” in those such situations… - If a person on your team ask you to complain your boss about another person, and you don’t feel like you wanna do it, you can answer like this : # No, I don’t have any problem with him and I don’t want to take sides… you’ll need to work out with your problem between the two of you or ask our boss to mediate.. - If coworker ask you to help him for a project that you don’t have a time for it, you can answer : # sorry, I can’t help… maybe it’ll be better if you ask the boss for some extra help.. the point is...don't be afraid to say "no" when it's needed....but remember, we have to find the exact reason about that, and say it in polite way, with polite sentence...
