6 keys questions to answer before you speak :

Again…being a good public speaker is not easy…we have to have so many knowledge, especially for what we’re talking about at that moment…

Here are 6 key questions to answer before you speak :

#1. What is the purpose of your presentation?
Firstly we have to explain clearly about the purpose of our presentation….we have to make the audience understand with what we’re talking about and what we’re proposing….

#2. What is the title of theme of your talk?
Before we explain some of our point, it would be nicer if firstly we say the title of the point…it would be better if we can give an interesting title of our point in order to get the audience attention, so that they will pay attention to us..

#3. Who are the audiences, and what do they know about your subject?
We have to know what kind of audiences we’re facing….after we know it, we have to explain or tell something that they might understand….don’t talk about something that is too high of knowledge if you’re talking only to the kind of people that is not oriented with that…

#4. How will audience benefit from your talk?
All of what we’re talking about will be pointless if the audience can’t get the benefit….it’s same with we have to know the kind of audience, and then we can know what kind of topic we can choose that might be useful for them….

#5. What main point do you want to cover?
After you speak all of your presentation, it would be nice if you could summarize all the point, and give the conclusion….

#6. What do you want audience to do after you finish?
When you’re telling something, it means you also proposing something to them….and if you want audience to get some points from your presentation and if you want them to do something after you tell them so many things from your presentation, just say it…

That’s it guys about something you have to know if you want to be a good public speaker… happy trying and good luck
